Survey 101: Marine Life ID Session

reef.jpg

ABOUT THIS CLASS

Blue Endeavors Members engage in two distinct types of survey diving. One, through REEF.org and the other through REEF CHECK. Both require an ability to identify common fish, invertebrates, and algae native to our Central Pacific region.

The data collected from these surveys are submitted to a database for researchers and scientists to evaluate

This class will be one of many where we will pick a subset of marine life to learn and practice identification for future survey dives. Please join us for this exciting session.
